    Hello,

Recently and for some unknown reason, when I click on an old newsgroup
message I no longer get a message saying that it has expired and
allowing me to remove all expired messages. When I click on an old
message, nothing happens. It just comes up blank.

    Any suggestions,

    Mr. Johnson

    What extensions are you using?
Another person had the same problem, and a new profile fixed it.

This person found that if he right clicked on the message, and clicked
Edit as New, the expired message came up, and he was able to remove
    expired messages.

Its a workaround, but it will enable you to continue using your regular
profile until the bug is fixed. Right now, not much is known about what
causes it, and most users, such as myself, don't see it.

Provide the information Dan asks for about extensions, maybe it will
help us see what is causing the problem.

It looks like its already been reported, even by that other guy in the
    other newsgroup: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=304610

    Hello,

Thank you for the reply. The workaround did work!
