Expert Word 2002

    I just gave my word 2002 expert exam & I failed by a few marks as m
    Using Mail Merge shows percent 0%, now this is not possible as I hav
    been using Mail Merge from sometime.
    I will appreciate if someone could help me here. During the exam th
    ask you the Merge a Word Document i.e COngratulations with a excel fil
    i.e Winners.xls. When you reach step 4 & insert the mail merge fiel
    "Address Block", are we supposed to just leave it here or complete th
    entire mail merge upto step 6 & merge it to a new document. SOMEON
    PLEASE HELP, as I have scheduled my exam for next week again
