I am new to Firefox Mozilla v. 1.0 At first it ran very well but suddenly I
get several error reports a day and needless to say the MS database can
throw no light on the matter.

I am running Win XP Home + SP2 installed from a legit CD not an SP 2
    download.

Here are a few examples of the Application error reports that I am getting.
Sorry, but with my limited knowledge I cant understand what is happening.
Can anyone please help. I dont want to uninstall Mozilla and go back to IE.

    TIA

    Geoff

Did you install or upgrade a plugin for Firefox lately (e.g. Flash,
Java)? Or installed a new extension or theme?

Do you have the Talkback Agent enabled? If Firefox crashes, the Talkback
Agent kicks in and sends a report back to Mozilla.org (after you agree
    with it).

AFAIK, the Talkback Agent (aka Quality Feedback Agent) is installed by
default during the standard Firefox installation. The Talkback Agent, if
installed, is located in the 'components' directory of the FF
    installation directory, e.g. C:\Program
    Files\MozillaFirefox1.0\components\talkback.exe.

Start the Talkback Agent and make sure that menu Settings -> Turn Agent
    On is selected.

Using the Incident ID, you can find a more detailed rapport at
<http://talkback-public.mozilla.org>, and maybe pinpoint which Firefox
component or DLL caused the crash.

Interesting: You say that Talk Back Agent is installed by default. Not on my
installion it isnt! All I have under components is Myspell and various
    javascripts relating to that.

    Is talkback installable separately?

    Thanks

I have had a look on Mozillazine and TalkBack seems only to be available on
Thunderbird! Is this correct as I an running Mozilla FF 1.0.

    Thanks
