enlarging windows

    Hi.
    Can anyone tell me how to permanently enlarge windows.
    The reason I ask is that when I click on a link, and a new window opens, it
    isn't
    fullscreen size.

    Try opening a browser window, positioning and resizing it however you
    like it, and then hold down the CTRL button and left-click on the X in
    the upper right corner.
