I have been getting lots of email's with this subject.
    Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

Then it says something about the message could not be delivered to
& it has a attachment email with the subject "let us
help you today", thats suposed to be the email i sent.

I never send any emails so i dont know why i am getting these about 30 times
    a day??

Is it some virus or spam?

Probably both. I sometimes get them on my Hotmail account.
