You get them if you drive your email too fast.

You need to wrap a context around your question.

When an ISP's client complains to the provider about an email problem,
they open a 'ticket' and assign a number to the complaint to identify
the issue until resolved for auditing of tech/help handling of email
    problems.

When I buy an airline ticket from my airline company online and print it
out myself, that is an 'e-ticket' for which I get a confirmatory email.

There are all kinds of tickets which one can get by email.

    Nothing.

But when it comes time for the second person to use the ticket, it
    will generally fail.

Any e-ticket is going to have a barcode or a serial number. And when
you redeem it, the bar code or serial number is used, and when the
second person attempts to use it, likely they won't be able to.

And they usually ask for identification with a photo on it.
