e-mail gone astray

  1. how is it that 2 e-mails posted to the same (and correct) e-mail address
    ended up with someone completely different? Baffled. Jackie W

    Um, could you be a little more specific? Have both parties returned the
    emails to you with complete headers? If so, post them and someone may be
    able to help you out.

    How do you address your mail, by typing in the address or by clicking it
    from an addressbook?

    How do you know where your mail ended up? Do you have copies of both
    mails as received? - most especially with complete headers.
