Does anyone know of a way in which I can backup e-mail data from Outlook
2000? Preferably using settings within Outlook and something that can be
done automatically or even scheduled on a weekly basis?

    Regards - CJ

Try File+Export. That obnoxious Office Assistant can provide help if
    needed.
