Today, DVD Verdict posted reviews of THE BEST OF THE NEW SCOOBY-DOO
MOVIES, CEDRIC THE ENTERTAINER PRESENTS: THE COMPLETE SERIES, CLUTCH
CARGO CARTOON COLLECTION: VOLUME 1, CSI: MIAMI: THE COMPLETE SECOND
SEASON, THE GRID, KUNG FU: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON, THE LIZZIE
MCGUIRE SHOW BOXED SET: VOLUME ONE, MIRACLES: THE SERIES, SHE'S TOO
YOUNG, SILK STALKINGS: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON, and VANISHING
    POINT (1996):

THE BEST OF THE NEW SCOOBY-DOO MOVIES (reviewed by Paul Corupe, overall
    score 68/100):
"With only a few dozen shows under Scooby's collar, it's alarming to see
how quickly the show's writers ran out of ideas, as they shamelessly
reuse and recycle ideas, plots, and even jokes during this season."

CEDRIC THE ENTERTAINER PRESENTS: THE COMPLETE SERIES (reviewed by
    Patrick Naugle, overall score 74/100):
"Apparently, someone decided they missed variety shows -- as of late
we've had pop stars Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson and comedian Wayne
Brady hosting their own variety shows, and then came Cedric the
Entertainer's (Barbershop) aptly titled Cedric The Entertainer Presents.
(I guess with a last name like 'Entertainer' you were bound for variety
    show hell.)"

CLUTCH CARGO CARTOON COLLECTION: VOLUME 1 (reviewed by Bill Gibron,
    overall score 81/100):
"Clutch Cargo is not meant to be some kind of artistic showcase, or a
sly sketched version of a real life entertainment in installments.
Instead, it is supposed to provide its childish audience with a little
light escapism, and for 20-plus minutes per adventure, it truly
    delivers."

CSI: MIAMI: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON (reviewed by David Gutierrez,
    overall score 80/100):
"The M.E.'s semi-necrophilia smacks of using a device in lieu of
character development. I can understand her being touched by one or two
murders, it's her fondness for all victims that borders on ridiculous."

    FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/csimiamiseason2.php

THE GRID (reviewed by Diane Wild, overall score 84/100):
"The Grid doesn't make the mistake of trying for absolute political
correctness, and in fact pushes a lot of hot buttons without hammering
at them -- among them, homegrown American terrorism, the Michigan
militia, the porous Canadian border, and what it means to be Muslim-
    American in a post-9/11 world."

KUNG FU: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON (reviewed by Dennis Prince, overall
    score 92/100):
"Running in the same primetime pack with the likes of Maude, The Mary
Tyler Moore Show, and The Streets of San Francisco, this admittedly more
self-controlled program struck a nerve with viewers, perhaps providing
them a sense of understanding, a penchant to display passion, and a much-
needed feeling of balance in an increasingly out-of-balance world."

    FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/kungfuseason2.php

THE LIZZIE MCGUIRE SHOW BOXED SET: VOLUME ONE (reviewed by Patrick
    Bromley, overall score 73/100):
"None of these storylines are so bad they lapse into insulting --
actually, they're pretty standard teen-TV stuff. That's exactly my
objection, though: Why go for such easy answers when the pilot has set
the show up to be something better-than-average?"

MIRACLES: THE SERIES (reviewed by Mac McEntire, overall score 92/100):
"Does the series borrow from The X-Files? It does. The Sixth Sense? That
too. The Exorcist? Oh, yeah. The Rockford Files? Surprisingly, quite a
bit. But don't be so quick to write off Miracles as a rip-off show, made
on the quick to cash in on another, more successful franchise."

    FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/miraclesseries.php

SHE'S TOO YOUNG (reviewed by Mac McEntire, overall score 84/100):
"She's not too young to be mediocre."

SILK STALKINGS: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON (reviewed by Brett Cullum,
    overall score 66/100):
"If you're expecting NYPD Blue you need to buy another set of discs,
because Silk Stalkings: The Complete Second Season is all about pretty
people mugging for the camera while certain parts of their body jiggle.
It's more in the spirit of Charlie's Angels, and has a retro feel even
for cable in the '90s. It's drunk off its own unique mix of sin, sex,
    and bad acting."

VANISHING POINT (1996) (reviewed by David Johnson, overall score
    68/100):
"Car chases. That's what this move has going for it. Though it was
certainly the headlining status of Viggo Mortensen's name that got this
disc unearthed in the first place, the subjective value of Vanishing
Point begins and ends with the viewer's affinity for car chases."
