Today, DVD Verdict posted reviews of BELLE OF THE YUKON, FOX IN A BOX
FEATURING PAM GRIER, GILBERT GOTTFRIED: DIRTY JOKES, THE HAPPY ELF,
JACKASS: VOLUME 1, JACKASS: THE BOX SET, KONGA, MACGYVER: THE COMPLETE
FOURTH SEASON, and POSTCARDS FROM BUSTER: BUSTER'S BUDDIES:

BELLE OF THE YUKON (reviewed by James A. Stewart, overall score 79/100):
"If you're looking for something spicy, keep looking. Unless a glimpse
of stocking is still really shocking to you, there's nothing salacious
here, just a few glimpses of showgirls' legs during the Can-Can."

FOX IN A BOX FEATURING PAM GRIER (reviewed by Brett Cullum, overall
    score 82/100):
"Let's face it, Pam Grier's movies rocked the action world. If you
haven't seen these films, then you've missed more than half of all the
in-jokes in every Quentin Tarantino or Robert Rodriguez film ever made."

GILBERT GOTTFRIED: DIRTY JOKES (reviewed by Bill Gibron, overall
    score 89/100):
"Gilbert Gottfried: Dirty Jokes is just that -- a 50-minute stage act
laced with outrageous lewdness. These are the quips you heard in the
locker room of junior high, the sort of salacious sexist riffs that are
part of almost every male's maturation process."

    FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/dirtyjokes.php

THE HAPPY ELF (reviewed by Bill Gibron, overall score 80/100):
"Some of the success rests squarely on the lunatic shoulders of the
lead character, Eubie, who is not just happy but manic. He's a bipolar
North Poler with a goofy grin so permanently plastered across his merry
mug that you think he's moments away from going on a workshop-wide
    killing spree."

JACKASS: VOLUME 1 (reviewed by David Johnson, overall score 84/100):
"For me, I certainly took much pleasure in watching this assemblage of
ass-clowns relentlessly make fools of themselves, though I couldn't
escape the strong feeling of guilt -- guilt from the support I was
giving to fellow humans defecating on the dignity of our species."

    FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/jackassvol1.php

JACKASS: THE BOX SET (reviewed by Ryan Keefer, overall score 54/100):
"Watching Jackass won't stunt your growth, make you go blind, or prevent
the country from winning the War on Terror, so lighten up already!"

    FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/jackassboxset.php

KONGA (reviewed by Mitchell Hattaway, overall score 45/100):
"This movie is just damned silly. I cannot think of any other way to
    describe it."

    FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/konga.php

MACGYVER: THE COMPLETE FOURTH SEASON (reviewed by David Johnson, overall
    score 83/100):
"MacGyver: the bane of evil white guys all around the world. Seriously,
it seems like all the terrorists and evildoers and thugs that Mac
encounters and eventually incapacitates with a branch are comprised of
balding, middle-aged white dudes. Hey nothing's wrong with that, but if
you're Caucasian and in your forties, and have hatched a diabolical plot
to blow up a city or sell crack to street kids -- watch the #$%&
    out! MacGyver's on the case!"

POSTCARDS FROM BUSTER: BUSTER'S BUDDIES (reviewed by David Johnson,
    overall score 78/100):
"Buster, a character from the popular television show Arthur, has
received his own spin-off. Good for him -- I knew he could do it."
