BEYOND THE LAW, HASHISH, HELLO KITTY AND FRIENDS: LET'S BE FRIENDS
(VOLUME 4), THE INCREDIBLE MRS. RITCHIE, RACING WITH THE MOON, and TOTO:
    25TH ANNIVERSARY (LIVE IN AMSTERDAM):

AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS (reviewed by Maurice Cobbs, overall
    score 38/100):
"I'm not gonna beat around the bush here: This movie stinks like a backed-
    up New Orleans drainage ditch."

BAD BOYS II: SUPERBIT EDITION (reviewed by Patrick Naugle, overall
    score 68/100):
"Mike and Marcus are two of the most egotistical, self-centered 'heroes'
I've ever seen in a film like this -- we're supposed to root for them,
but how can we when they treat their peers, family members, and audience
    with such contempt?"

THE EAST SIDE KIDS DOUBLE FEATURE (reviewed by Steve Evans, overall
    score 65/100):
"That's an apt segue into Ghosts on the Loose, the Kids' follow-up to
the modestly successful Spooks. But even the most careful viewer will be
hard pressed to locate any ghosts in this movie."

GUN CRAZY: BEYOND THE LAW (reviewed by Dan Mancini, overall score
    70/100):
"To Muroga's credit, the larger canvas doesn't water down the
proceedings. The second entry in the series plays about as well as the
first -- its rigorous pace helps make up for the B-grade acting, and gun
battles that are competently choreographed but would benefit from more
    flair in shooting and editing."

HASHISH (reviewed by Aaron Bossig, overall score 45/100):
"Like marijuana, this DVD should be considered a controlled substance.
It contains the ability to sap your energy and make you lose the will to
live. I only pray that it doesn't become habit-forming."

HELLO KITTY AND FRIENDS: LET'S BE FRIENDS (VOLUME 4) (reviewed by Mike
    Pinsky, overall score 47/100):
"Later, the kids discover that the thief is a frog-like thing named
Puffin who took over the job when Tappy retired. So they trap him inside
a dream using a Tyrannosaurus Rex. Okay, we are told they trapped him,
since the T-Rex appears to be cut out of the episode to avoid any real
scares. Then, Puffin's mommy fixes everything, and the kids get all
their dreams back and all the dreams overlap in a bizarre fugue -- and
    then I passed out."

THE INCREDIBLE MRS. RITCHIE (reviewed by Sandra Dozier, overall
    score 70/100):
"The Incredible Mrs. Ritchie is, at its best, a sweet and endearing
story about coming of age, but the viewer must first get through a
formulaic plot that is constantly in danger of bogging down in cliche."

    FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/incrediblemrsritchie.php

RACING WITH THE MOON (reviewed by Mitchell Hattaway, overall
    score 75/100):
"The film's one truly outstanding quality is the acting. The three leads
are all very good, and a fine supporting cast aids them."

    FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/racingwithmoon.php

TOTO: 25TH ANNIVERSARY (LIVE IN AMSTERDAM) (reviewed by Adam Arseneau,
    overall score 72/100):
"It is exactly the sort of performance one would expect from a musically
creative and talented band after a quarter of a century of playing
together -- astonishingly proficient on their instruments, lacking some
of the spark and vocal range of their youth, but undoubtedly having a
gay ol' time back in the leather pants. And that's 'gay' as in 'happy,'
    you savages."
