NIGHT OF TRIUMPH: LIVE, RICHARD PRYOR: I AIN'T DEAD YET, #*%$#@!!, and
    THE SALAMANDER:

THE ADVENTURES OF JIMMY NEUTRON: ATTACK OF THE TWONKIES (reviewed by
    David Packard, overall score 74/100):
"Of course, with the word 'Attack' in the title, we expect something to
be amiss with the Twonkies. It's not long before the cuddly critters
mutate into vicious, toothy bastards, sending the residents of
Retroville scurrying for their animated lives."

A CINDERELLA STORY (reviewed by Diane Wild, overall score 55/100):
"'Cinderella' plus You've Got Mail minus any chemistry between the leads
    equals A Cinderella Story."

    FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/cinderellastory.php

CONQUEST OF SPACE (reviewed by Paul Corupe, overall score 70/100):
"Knowing Pal's penchant for these kinds of genre films, it's not exactly
a surprise when the miracle-needing astronauts come to realize that the
General is the crackpot we all suspected and that truly, God is on the
side of science and galactic imperialism."

THE GHOSTS OF EDENDALE (reviewed by Eric Profancik, overall score
    70/100):
"Worst of all is the undisputable fact that the movie is not scary in
the least. If you're going to write, film, and release a 'horror' film,
then you have to make sure it lives up to that billing. The Ghosts of
    Edendale does not."

THE HOLE (reviewed by Mitchell Hattaway, overall score 50/100):
"Seeing Keira Knightley topless for five seconds in no way justifies the
existence of this piece of junk. Besides, she was fifteen or sixteen at
the time, so that just makes it wrong anyway."

    FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/hole.php

JANE AUSTEN IN MANHATTAN (reviewed by Diane Wild, overall score 52/100):
"It's easy to believe that because the words 'Jane Austen' and 'Merchant
Ivory' appear together here that this is a period drama of the kind they
often do so well. Jane Austen in Manhattan is early Merchant Ivory, and
    bad Merchant Ivory."

KILLER NUN (reviewed by Rob Lineberger, overall score 73/100):
"Killer Nun features killer nuns. More precisely, it features murderous,
sexually depraved, heartless, drug-addicted, hard-drinking, promiscuous,
mentally unstable nuns -- and their breasts."

A NIGHT OF TRIUMPH: LIVE (reviewed by David Gutierrez, overall
    score 62/100):
"Ever see This is Spinal Tap? Triumph is a lot like Spinal Tap without
the jokes. One look at Mike Levine and you'll find that Derek Smalls may
    have had a twin brother."

    FULL REVIEW: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/nighttriumphlive.php

RICHARD PRYOR: I AIN'T DEAD YET, #*%$#@!! (reviewed by Steve Evans,
    overall score 50/100):
"Pryor also smothered his routines in a fusillade of profanity so
outrageous that it ceased to be shocking and became, instead, a kind of
gutter poetry that is the unmistakable antecedent of hip-hop."

THE SALAMANDER (reviewed by Adam Arseneau, overall score 74/100):
"I can think of no reason not to recommend it for a rental one night,
other than that the DVD transfer could suck a tennis ball through fifty
feet of garden hose. So alas, The Salamander will probably continue on
through history completely unbeknownst to the masses, while films like
Gigli will stand the test of time."
