mind as well. When Ginger pschyanalyzes him Gilligan eats a sunflower
seed and trusn out )(when he shares with the "movie star") that this is
the source of the mental telephay! Unforuntately...with EVERYOPEN
consuimg them they read each other's nasty thoughts, causing Gilligan
to BURN the bush! The castaways then commend him. TAG:
GIlligan:"Skippe..I;m glad you don't know what I'M thinking."

    NOTES
    **A very funny episodes.
**Plants with ESP seeds like those do not exist. (sadly or luckily)
Ginger does a turn a al THE KIDNAPPER (12/05/66) with Don Rickles of
    being a shrink.Dr.Laura...NOT!
    :D
**The Professor twoards the end of the epsiode blames the Skipper for
    the skipwreck! LOL!
**When Ginger asks to have HER mind rea.d.."36...22..tsj-tsk.Professor
    (or Skipper!)..36!" ...Naughty..:)

    LOVE ME, LOVE MY SKIPPER

    Directed by TONY KEADER

    SYNOPSIS:
The Howells are getting reayd to prepare their island cotillion when
Mr.Howell, delivering mesages ("neither rain nor snow.."when all of
sudfden.>BOOM!) "didn't sya anything about TREES!" then loses a card.,
Cut to Skipper and gilligan in ttheir hut when Gilligan gets a card
(in his MOUTH!) and finds out it is a Howelkl's inivitation to the
abovementioend cotillion, lookms for one (in Gilligan's mouth'!).He
scouts around to the girls..(Ginger ony..) the professor making a food
preservative (OBVIOSUKLY for the party that the skipper is beginnning
to feel that he isn't evenINIVITED to!!!!) then reports back to
    Giligan..(on a tool-locatiing preterxt)..no invitaiton. It then devlops
after another check-out, that the Howells ain't gonna invite the
skipper, over the the remaining castaways stage a parrty (to wcih, natch
the Howells ain't invitesd),over which the Howells fight. This of
course causes the castways to to be abkle to gon but when the skipper
sends Gilligan to take stuff back the sailor runs into a palm tree and
sicvoers..THE SKIPPER'SD INVITE. Back at the hut with the others they
try to apologize to tyhe Howells, then reunit them. Ginger and Mary
Ann, deciding on "a woman's touch",each conspire to reunite the richest
couple ever! It takes a masquerade parrty, and some changing of the
costumes....to bring two rich people toigther (Ginger porsiming one
thing then doingn a DIFFERENT thing..you gotta b e there.). TAG with
the Howells now successfully reunited, GIlligan gripes about his new
    janitor job.

    NOITES
**Music director Gerald Fried's name is rather lower placed, near the
sufrace of Gilligan';s lagoon than is usually the case.
**What's that piece being played, somewhat like the verse to ANNIE'S
    TOMMOROW..very ctachy.
**Mary Ann is wearing her orange dress.
**Director leslie Goodwins makes good use of Gilligan's "card in
mouith" bit with Alan hale looking into Bob Denver's motuh when the
latter insists taht Skipper----if he doesn't believe GIlligan---should
loook inside the sailor's mouth for a invite.
    **Great title,wonder the origin..

    GILLIGAN'S LIVING DOLL
    2/10/66.

werll built0, they spy a parachuter feall down, after which Gilligan

inviestiagate. Now what alol seven utilizing the robot (mary ANn
teaches "him" to do hut-hold;) chores), the professor suggests ways
that they roboot can get them off the island. First a boat. But toio
small. Then a birdge (as sauggested by Lovey.) Problem? Takes too long.
The professor teaches swimming to the robot, who's content to walk to
    Hawiai.But..
TAG The robot is hear don raido but it developes that Gilligan had left
his RABBIT'sfoot there and it demagnetized the receptor spools--ergo
    causing a horrible mess up!

    NOITES
**The credits are not yellow as usual but white.
**Charles MAxwell'as also the voice of the rasio guy.
**When Gigner seduces the robot it makes a Hanna-barbera smear-sound
which actually originated wikth Art CLokey's GUMBY series at least, at
LEAST far back as OUTCAST MARBLES and ODD BALL (both,1957), two
relatred GUMBYs which use this effect when the marbles change shape.
**Dr..Boris Balinkoff (Vito Scotti) from THE FRIENDLY PHYSCIIAN
(4/7/.66) and RING ASOUND GILLIGAN (11/7/66), in the latter, somehow
    mysteriously accuries Gilligan's rabbit's foot.:)

hand grenades by the dozen! THis does help them to get rid of them. TAG
The Gorilla asn d GIligan through a "toy suacer' into the ocean that
which EXPLODES! (It's an atomic bomb!!!!!)

    SYNOPSIS
    **Yet another fuN Ginger moment
**The atomic bomb ending is a bit too much but very well done.

    SHIP AHOAX.
    2/17/66
Written by GEORGE O"HANKLON and CHARLES TANNEN
    Directed by LESLIE GOODINWS

    SYNOPSIS:
The castways are, as diagnsed by the profesor, suffering "island
fever"(driving each other craxzy), all except it seems GInger, who's
busy forettelling Mary Ann's evil Fututre. It turns out that Ginger can
read the future,or least that's what she was tuaght by a pro-magician
in Hollywood.(Sure gets aorund didn't she?A real multifaceted
vaudevillian, that Ginger, just as much as am ovie star.)
SO se listens for some news and uses that gimmick, esp.when some good
news comes by pertainging to eahc of the castaways, but it soon wears
out. Then the professor and the movie star devise a way of a seance,
where the professor raises the tablew. Ginger hands out notes, and the
Luaren and haryd like crew go along. However..another tag-solved
    epsiode.
TAG On the beach the skipper & sailor-man find out those notes
    read.."Please don't tell anyone that I'm a fake"..and to think a ship
was predicte.d.well when Gilligan & the skipper bo bakc in their shared
    hut.. yep...a ship goes by!

    NOTES:
**That last is one of the most weirest endings.
**George O'Hanlopn is the voice of George Jetson.(Hanna-barbera,
JETSONS) and in Warner's short subject series JOE DOAKES.

    FEED THE KITTY
    3/3/66
Written by J.E.SELBY and RICHARD SANVILLE
    Directed by LESLIE GOODWINS
Special guest starring some lion :)

    SONGS & CUES
Various tropical cues and chases (G.Fried),Gilligan outro (Williams)

    SYNOPSIS
There's a lion on the island! Broke out of a crate. The l;ion chases
eveyrone then GIlligan poullsd a thoren out and it beocmes his pal but
the skipper orders him pakced awy. Somew corneds beef, which is lion
food now, ahs conveintly (!!) wahsed up ashore..Gilligna puts the lion
in a circus act but it's time to find some way to do something about
tyhe lion, who sacares the skipper into hiding beneath another crate
(besides the lion's). Then the lion comes on top, when the skipper
starts tlaking, thus GIlligan ssumes (WRONGLY!!) that the King of
Beasts has had a nive fat SKMIPPER diner! He fins out otherwise
(followed by his expected fainting when he sees that his big buddy and
skipper is still there.) Finally the lion wahses away.
    TAG
The skipper finishes off the corned beef. Roaring like a roaring lion.
    NOTES
**No relaiton,title-wise to Chuck Jones' classic 1952 WB short cartoon
    FEED THE KITY.
**That lion reallys cared BoB Dnevre, who almost became a mela for the
    jungle cat.
**At this point, the show has started to do some "meaty" episodes (see
my later reivews of FRIENDLY PHYSICIAN and otherss, I'll get to some
later epsiodes form TV not yet on DVBD).
**Noone knows where the corned beef came form.
**The lion sees the castways, sans Gilligan as
    The Skipper a Bull (?)
The Howells (boars! Get it, the bulls and boars of Wall street)
    Ginger and Mary Ann Deer(!)
The professor a wise old owl (GOING)

Later Gilligna's seen from aKing of beast POV as a can of CORNED BEEF.
That's when the KoB's food supply runneth out.

Jesus Christ, learn how to spell and form sentances before attempting
to write another 'review'. If it were up to society you would be
barred from driving as well. :)

    Oh, give him a break--
He's searching for a new branch-out home, after being similarly
    jeered/ignored off of rec.arts.animation...
