    Hi,

I just bought an expensive 21,3" NEC 2180UX lcd screen. 16:9
    A great screen.
But it gives trouble playing DVD's with full screen. Its all garbled.
Video properties are 1600X1200 @ 60Hz as Nec prescribes.
    I use PowerDVD 6 to play DVD's.
When played in a window it looks just fine. The height of the window doesn't
matter. But when the width of the window is stretched to almost full-screen (say
minus half an inch) all kinds of interlacing artifacts show up. When choosing
for the option 'Full Screen' it is even worse.
Downloaded the newest Nvidia drivers, tried all interlacing settings of
    PowerDVD, to no avail.
Up to today I used a 17" LCD (4:3) where full screen DVD's could be shown
without any problem. So, the only thing I changed is the screen.
    Any ideas?

    Bert
