Dos 6.22 XCopy command is not working properly

Discussion in 'Microsoft Certification' started by =?Utf-8?B?V2FsdGVyIEx1YmVsbA==?=, Dec 30, 2003.

  1. When I use xcopy it copies only 90% of the files. The process acts as thougfh it is finished when it is not. Xcopy is stopping at 37892 out of 39175. It is not coping 1263 files. The range it is not coping is 37893 to 39154. It did xcopy yesterday's work from 39155 to 39175. Each invoice is a separate file. The process did not change after I deleted 9000 files. Using the xcopy date flag slso does not change the result. Is this the begining of the drive heading south?or is there a workaround.
