    Got a problems in Windows XP when I right click on my desk top to try and
    access the display properties or the drop down menu (arrange Icons By,
    Refresh, save scheme as, etc etc. When I do I receive a Explorer Exe Error.
    The Pc then minimize all the programs

    Any Ideals on how to fix this?????

    let me know

    thanks

    Close all other programs, then open a command prompt
    and type: sfc /scannow
    Have your Windows CD handy.
