Disappearing Hard Drive Space

    You saved my computer from going out the window!
    Seriously, I want to thank all of you again for coming through for me.
    Yes I did reformat with the DOS disk.
    I did this because when I rebooted with the recovery disk in, and when I
    clicked the OK button it would lock up (do nothing).
    Any ways I took your advice and rebooted with the windows 98 start up disk and
    then I had to fdisk and change the partitioning, because of what DOS had done.
    And then it was smooth sailing from there.
