Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to disable the modem on the X5v
and use it purely as a router connected to a DHCP enabled cable modem?

(To use the built in QoS and ATA bridge).

    Cheers, Duncan

Why not get proper cable / router / VoIP ,
    e.g. Draytek 2100V or 2900V ?

Does it have Ethernet IN socket ?
I guess not, in which case it would need some 'surgery'
    to bypass the modem.
