Would anyone know why the desktop wallpaper setting in Display Properties
would be disabled? Windows XP Home, I've never heard of this happening.
Could it be spyware? Virus? If anyone has seen this and knows how to enable
    it, please let mem know!!

    Thanks,

    Gerry

Although this article says `disable wallpaper`, the opposite
    must apply.
