Deleting queries on Google

Discussion in 'Computer Information' started by paul nicholson, Aug 29, 2005.

  1. Does anyone know how to delete old (embarrasing) queries that appear in the
drop down menu as soon as you enter the first character of a letter in the
search option. Would realy appreciate any answers and am not too PC
    literate.
    Cheers La Cuenta

In MSIE select "Tools" "Internet Options" "Content"
Click the button marked "Auto Complete" and remove the check on "forms"

As the dropdown menu appears , move down to your unwanted embarrasing
enquiry and press the delete key.
It will never be seen again.
