I have been trying to reinstall Adobe Elements, but it keep failing because it cannot access a directory.

    Docs&Settings/All Users/Documents

When I click on the folder in Windows Explorer, it says it is not accessible. I also tried to remove all the attributes, ie read only, it shows they are changed but they end up still being there when I go back to the folder.

I tried to delete the folder, but it still says it is unaccessible. I tried to delete it using Cmd, but it wouldn't allow me to touch it there either.

Can anyone help me with a way to delete this folder. I have an identical laptop (Dell Inspiron 6400) where "Elements" works fine and there is no "Documents" folder under D&S/All Users.

    TIA, Paul
