I found this (Dl1A.exe) in Zone Alarm. I seem to have allowed it access-out
    awhile back.
I have tried a Google, nothing.

Have run AVG, Ad-Aware and SpyBot, nothing

Anyone know what it is please.

I found out what it is:
Its an AnalogX program (NetStatLive), I aborted an uninstal of the program
leaving the subject file in the Temp directory. All the same it obviously
    tried/called home.
