defrag

    hi im trying to defrag my external hard drive error message says
    scan scan has been cancelled error
    (8741d94\4f83\4825\8060\d48387878514\rp103\a0013615.old
    can you help thanks kirriejim

    Delete thingumy.old. It's a temp/backup file. Try again.
