Decrypting passwords

    This question goes for all routers, but mainly for Linksys, because that is what I use, so I'll post this here:

    Is there a program or something that can convert the encrypted passwords in Linksys routers? As you may know, the passwords are masked with the asterisk (*), but even if you unmask them, the password is still encrypted (in most linksys routers anyways..)

    So is there a tool that can do this for Linksys passwords.. or any passwords for that matter? Thanks.
