What's the difference between a Mosaic (.MOS) and a high dynamic range
(.HDR) raw file? Which raw file format offers more parameters to be
adjusted (exposure, tone curve, histogram, unsharp masking, moire
    reduction etc.)??

True HDR has several magnitudes more dynamic resolution, which will require
advanced tonescaling to squeeze in the limited capabilities of CRT or print
    output.
