creating font with fixed font size

    I am using Simple Font (font creating software) and I am trying to create a font that can only be used in one fixed size by my client. How can I create such font? Do I use the right software? please help!!! Thanks

    Well as I have heard, a font is made by using a program like Photoshop. So you should be able to make it in any image editor like Photoshop, Gimp, Paint Shop Pro 8.
