Coolpix monitor image movement

Discussion in 'Digital Photography' started by usual suspect, Aug 17, 2005.

  1. The monitor on the Nikon Coolpix after the image is shot shows a sharp image
for about 2 seconds then the image appears to move and soften. I have a
Canon 300D and have shot the same image without this anomaly. Took the card
out of the Nikon and took a look in Photoshop. Same thing, Image appears, is
sharp, then slight movement and no longer sharp.
Auto focus appears ok, but logic would say that if the problem occurs when
the card is no longer in the camera, but in a computer, that it is a file
problem. Did the same thing when a card was used from another camera.
    Anyone have any ideas?

    Now THAT...is very strange.
Most strange is that Photoshop does it as well.
