CompTIA certs

  2. They were on very, very, VERY thin legal ground (the ice over the pond
    was paper-thin) and would likely have been sued and would clearly have
    lost. One party to a contract cannot change the contract after it is
    fully accepted .... with consideration .... by both parties.
