Complaint about Fox Customer Service

    A few months ago I bought the "Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Chosen
    Collection" box set and just noticed it had an extra Disc 3 for Season 6
    instead of Disc 2. I bought this back in November so I can't return it
    to the store. I contacted Fox about a replacement since the discs are
    the same as in the individual season sets. They emailed me back:

    "This boxset was a "limited edition" so when they sell out this is the
    end of our Inventory. We only made so many so this is why I can't
    replace on my end. Please take it back to your point of purchase for an
    exchange. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience this may have
    caused."

    I told them the discs are the same as in the season sets which should
    still be in stock. I need advice on how to handle this because I don't
    want to buy an extra season 6 set just to get the one disc (especially
    when this is a manufacturer's error).
