Cisco DB9F pinout for NM32

    I'm wiring up a bunch of these as I can't get enough original Cisco adaptors.

    Cisco's DB9 to RJ45 adaptor ties pins 4 and 5 together.
    Is this really necessary? Pin 5 (DTR) is tied to ground...

    Yes. Leaving one of the grounds floating leaves the UART susceptible to
    damage. It happens a lot for cheated ground connectors. It is a
    differential transmitter for longer distance, but is RS-232 unbalanced
    capable.
