Cisco 7960 firmware error

    I have the Cisco 7960 IP Phone using SIP ver 3.06.0.00. I was in the process
    of upgrading to version 3.07.1.00 via TFTP server when the network had
    disconnected.

    Now, there is a persistent message "Protocol Application Invalid". I keep
    trying to re-upgrade the firmware but it has no effect.

    Can someone please help me.
