    Hi All,

    I have purchased a cisco 1721 router. I fitted a 4-port ethernet
switch WIC card to the router. I currently have the router in a test
lab. The only connection is through the Aux port. I can configure
FastEthernet0 port and Serial0 port without any problems. Can anyone
tell me how i access the ports on the WIC card? There was very little
documentation with the router and as i did not purchase directly from
cisco, they will not provide me with any support and have told me to
seek support from my reseller. The reseller told me the technical
department will not give out configuration details on this hardware.
So if anyone can give me any help on this matter it would be much
appreciatted. All i need to know is how the ports on the WIC card are
configured. I have tried FastEthernet1, FastEthernet0/1, etc but no
luck. Router just gives error message. HELP!!!!!
