    Hello my IOS guru friends,

    I have a 3640 and 3620 router. When running 12.2 mainline software,
    all NMs work OK.

When I upgrade to 12.2T train software, other cards work except for
the NM-2FE2W. Have done all software advisor checks, bug toolkit etc
and no reason for this to occur.

Have tried different slots and put different cards in 3640 and 3620
and no combination works with 12.2(15)T14 and other T trains of 12.2
