I'm a relative newbie writing a recovery procedure doc for a Cisco
2950 switch (12.1(13)EA1) that I didn't configure in the first place.
Please could someone confirm if 'no service pad' and 'ip http server'
and 'ip subnet-zero' are there by default or have they been added to
    the config? Thanks.
