I have seen a few command lines like:

    Firefox -chrome file://<some path>/browser.xul

Which I am guessing allows you to override that one configuration file.
How can you give Firefox a whole new browser.jar? I realize you could
just overwrite the standard jar file in the Firefox base directory but
that make it messy for testing and building of these jars. Surely you
can say 'use this whole jar' instead of a single file.
