Checking integrity of MP3 files

    Is there a tool to check the integrity of MP3 audio files? Linux or Windows
    would be OK.


    Of course, one way would be to load them into Cooledit or equivalent software
    and see if the length checks out as it should, and if it checks out 'visually'
    (if you're familiar with Cooledit). This would at least work for major errors
    in the MP3 data, but it would be time consuming and I'd prefer a reliable and
    accurate method.

    EncSpot (GuerrillaSoft) can report if the last frame is broken and
    may well do other tests.
