http://www.gamma.co.nz/?product=GA-945PL-S3 at $19.13. Must be a typo as
the next cheapest retailer has it at $87.

Would Gamma be obliged to sell at that price if it is a typo?

It is a refurbished product, so I would expect the price is correct.

It's sold as "refurbished". You'd have to ask Gamma whether there's a limted
warranty of any kind attached to that label or if it means, in effect, "as
is". Then you can judge for yourself whether you think the price posted is
    a good one.

Didn't see the refurbished part of the deal. B.... insomnia. Knowing that
I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.

If the automobile had followed the same development cycle as the computer,
a Rolls-Royce today would cost $100, get a million miles to the gallon,
and explode once every few weeks, killing everyone inside.

Beware, the website price is not what they sell things in the store for.
the last item I purchased off them was marked in store and sold to me at
    3x the website price.

Isn't it true that the advertised price is just an offer of a contract.
If they realise they have made a mistake they simply withdraw that offer and
    don't sell it to you.

It's even worse, it's an "invitation to treat" , you must make the "offer".
