Yeah, the movie is total crap and you aren't the first to say so:

"The sequel ... is just more of the same, and the novelty has worn off.
Once you've gone over the top, the only place to go is down the other
    side."
    -- Eric D. Snider, ERICDSNIDER.COM

"Was this flick worth the price of admission? No way. If you took out
all the bad stuff, it would've been about 5 minutes long. Would I see it
again? No. I would rather saw off my own arm with a potato peeler."
-- Dan Marcucci and Nancy Serougi, BROOMFIELD ENTERPRISE

"This is not merely one of the worst films in recent memory but it
could well go down as one of the worst things ever conceived by human
    hands."
    -- Peter Sobczynski, CRITIC DOCTOR

"Loud but listless, this sequel plays like coming attractions for a
    movie that never shows up."
    -- Bill Muller, ARIZONA REPUBLIC

"The worst movie of the year."
    -- Chuck Schwartz, CRANKY CRITIC®

""Lots of people would pay to see Cameron Diaz take a crap on a
    see-through toilet. Why not?!?!""
    -- David Poland, HOT BUTTON

"The girls are essentially Barbie dolls who do stunts."
-- Mary F. Pols, CONTRA COSTA TIMES

"Appears to be an experiment to discover exactly how incoherent a
movie can be before even girls in bikinis... are not enough to keep the
    audience's attention."
    -- MaryAnn Johanson, FLICK FILOSOPHER

"I hated every frame of this plotless, unfunny, completely
    entertainment-free movie."
-- David Cornelius, AMAZING COLOSSAL WEBSITE

"Mindless action mixed with soft-core titillation, geared to the short
    attention span."
    -- Marshall Fine, JOURNAL NEWS

"No noticeable difference from first incoherent effort."
-- Bob Strauss, LOS ANGELES DAILY NEWS

It _is_ kind of superfluous to criticize the compression on such a
movie, but that is useful information for those who are thinking of
    watching it anyways.

They added footage in, and they didn't see the need to bother with the
MPAA, but according to the review, there was nothing taking it out of
the popcorn movie range. I take it that means it is still, like the
original, in the PG-13 range, and we don't get to see the actresses'
naughty bits, which would have given the movie at least _one_ kind of
entertainment value. Pity, being "unrated" and having the characters
go undercover in the world of porn or something like that would kind
    of get people's hopes up.
