I have recently completed my MCSA training. Pass all the test, including the
CompTIA A+ and N+. My transcript online does not reflect my CompTIA
certifications. I have email twice to find out how to
get these updated. Also, I have tried to publish thru CompTIA.

Can someone help me out here? How do I get this updated.

I would email CompTIA and ask if they sent your credentials over yet. Took
a few weeks for MS to get mine and update my transcript.

Also Nan, if the CompTIA certs aren't being used toward your Microsoft
certifications, they won't show on the transcript. I'm an MCSA 2003 with
CompTIA A+ but I didn't use it to fulfill the requirement so it doesn't show.
I contacted Microsoft when I noted its absence and they confirmed.

Thank Brian. I dit use them towards my MCSA certification. Also, my

    you for the information

You have to fill out the request form on CompTIA's website to have them send
    M$ your CompTIA certs.
