How does this work if both CEF and Fast switching are both enabled on
the same interface? How does it know to use CEF?

    sh ip int:
FastEthernetx/x is up, line protocol is up
    IP fast switching is enabled
IP fast switching on the same interface is disabled
    IP Flow switching is disabled
    IP CEF switching is enabled
IP Feature Fast switching turbo vector
IP Feature CEF switching turbo vector
IP multicast fast switching is disabled
IP multicast distributed fast switching is disabled
IP route-cache flags are Fast, CEF

CEF, being the "better" switching method, takes precedence.

And if CEF "punt" the packet, due to a feature etc. not being
supported in CEF, FastSwitching will get a go at the packet, and
if FastSwitchign punts, it will go to process switching.
