Problem: An audio cd will not autoplay in windows media player and you
are also not able to view the files in windows explorer.
Workaround: Open windows media player, click on the 'quick access
panel' arrow next to the 'now playing' button and select the cd from
    there and it will work.

Although theres a workaround i would still like to know how to fix the
    issue...

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks
    Sheri :)
