capturing a still frame from .mpeg

    A friend of mine took some pictures while in Canada and realized afterwards
    he had his digital camera set to "movie" for a couple of scenes. Can I and
    if so, how can I, capture one frame from the .mpeg so that he can add a
    still to his photo album?
