I have a website for our local basketball team through my internet provider. During the offseason my hard drive crashed and now I can't log onto my site to update it. I get this message:

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

I have been with their tech support till they won't talk to me anymore. I know I have the right password. I am using filezilla as an ftp. The tech support people said to uninstall Kapersky. That didn't work. They say they can access the site from 3 different computers, but I can't do it from any of four different ones that I've tried.

    Anybody got any good ideas?
    Thanks
