    Hi,

I am a newbie in configure cisco router. Recently we have switch our ISP and need to install a new router. What I need to do is connect our local lan to this router to have internet services. The router has a public ip on int f0 and I have add a secondary ip on it in order to communicate to the local lan. Here is the config:

    Building configuration...

    Current configuration : 1238 bytes

    flowcontrol hardware
    line vty 0 4
    password XXXXXX
    login
    !
    end

Now I have a client with this setting:

    IP: 192.168.10.72
    SM: 255.255.255.0
GW: 192.168.10.254 (the secondary ip of router int f0)

I can ping to the router and vice versa but I just can't get out to the internet. And if I change the client's ip address back to a real public ip i.e. 68.121.xxx.xxx , it works fine, that means the internet connection is ok. What have I missed here? Please help! :adore: :adore: :adore:
