    Hi,
I have visual studio .net 2003 installed on my computer. I am not able to
run a local server on my computer(which has XP professional installed on it).
I ahve to run this server in order to start preparing for #315. (im a .NET
    newbie...)
I am also using XP pro O/S.

    thanks,
    ~me
