Oh well, the rubbish MS FP.

Can't see it how, in which browser?

Is there a blank space, a picture place holder, the IE little red X.

When you view the source code is the code for the picture okay or is
    something missing?

Ad removal for images in your AV app is turned on or doesn't have an
    exclusion for your site.

What happens when viewing the pages locally off the PC. However you put
in absolute path which isn't a good idea.

Try creating an images folder and do this instead
    <img border="0" src="/images/1B.gif" width="158" height="99">
That way you can move the files anywhere and not have to edit URLs all
the time. Oh and stick to lowercase filenames all the time.

You didn't describe the picture or name it as an aid
    http://www.managementrightsassociates.com.au/1B.gif

Just as well it was only the 1 picture.

With 32 colors in the image saving it as a JPEG instead of a GIF you
save several k in filesize. 1B.gif 8.52KB resaved as 32 color JPEG
    5.70KB.

I see a page generated by FrontPage, the most abhored so called HTML editor
    that exists.

I also see what appears to be the alpha test of a splash page, an item that
went out of date last century.

I also see an image, moved to the right of the screen with a deprecated HTML
align attribute and moved down the screen with a bunch of <p> elements, each
one containing one &nbsp;, centered with the deprecated align=center.

Take this over to alt.html and get the popcorn :)

So what was the problem, in case it happens again?

It was never not all there.

Code doesn't appear different from last time, it's still really really
    bad.

This is about as few errors as you can get, simply because there is no
    way to validate it.

This page is not Valid (no Doctype found)!
