whenever i try to log onto my server, a small box comes up saying ' enter username and password. But nothing happens it keeps bouncing up onscreen again. Also I have two dial connection boxes keep appearing. My own telephone number keeps appearing before the server number, which I have to keep deleting. I cannot use my email and it is driving me mad, any ideas please ? Thankyou for your attention.

Maybe your ISP is having temporary problems, try again later.

contact your ISP. They may have to reset your password.
be sure that your password matches EXACTLY to what you were given.
    PASSword <> password.
R is not equal to r.
most will not accept a space or other "special" characters.
<pass word> is not acceptable but <pass_word> may be.
If using OE as your mail client, make sure your port settings are set
    properly.
In tools/options click open the account, then click the advanced tab.
Outgoing mail should be port 25 and incoming should be 110 as a default.
