Can you lock windows explorer in XP?

    Can you lock windows explorer in XP pro, so no one can access and folders or
    files.

    Yes, it involves user access's and group policies.

    Run (WinKey+R) GPEDIT.MSC <enter> this is where you edit the policies.

    Might want to google: xp group policies - and read up on it :)
