Can anyone recommend a cheap/reliable sourcer of USA DiDs?

  1. Sigh... I've fallen foul of the IPKall 30 day dormancy period and my two
Washington DIDs have expired and have been recycled :(

I can't be bothered with going through the hassle of cycling through the
IPKall signup process to find a DiD that hasn't already been registered with
Google Voice, so I'm prepared to bite the bullet and go with a commercial
    alternative.

So, can anyone on the group recommend a cheap and reliable source for USA
DiDs? It would be useful, though not essential, if they accepted payment by
    PayPal.

Did you figure anything out? I've yet to lose an IPKall number but would
dearly like to have a DID on a more robust basis, even if it costs $'s.
