Callback and DDR Profiles problems or is it to do with isdn?

    Hi,
I'm trying to get callback to work and have tried most of the config
suggestions I can find, all without success. The closest I've got is
that the client says that callback has been negotiated but the call is
never dropped. On the callback server it says that no profile is
found for the client username. Just before I gave up last night, I
noticed this debug info on the callback server (2610 client is a 1603)
    - I don't see any caller number but on the client side I do see the
incoming call. Could this be why callback is not working?
